Differential Scanning Calorimeter
As a classical thermal analysis method of thermal effect under controllable program temperature, differential scanning calorimetry has been widely used in research and development, process optimization, quality control and failure analysis of various materials and chemistry fields. By using the DsC method, we can study the phase transition of inorganic materials, the melting of polymer materials, the crystallization process, the polymorphic phenomenon of drugs, and the solid/liquid phase ratio of oils and other foods.
Usage
To measure the physical and chemical changes related to heat, such as glass transition temperature, melting point, melting temperature, crystallization and crystallization heat, phase transition reaction heat, thermal stability of products, curing/crosslinking, oxidation induction period, etc.
Machine Features
1. The new fully enclosed metal furnace body design structure greatly improves the sensitivity, resolution and better baseline stability.
2. Imported alloy sensor is adopted, which is more resistant to corrosion and oxidation. The sensor has high sensitivity.
3. Cortex-M3 core ARM controller is adopted, which has faster processing speed and more accurate temperature control.
4. USB two-way communication is adopted, which fully realizes intelligent operation.
5. The 7-inch 24b color full-color LCD touch screen is used to display the status and data of the instrument in real time.
6. Intelligent software design, automatic drawing of the whole process of the instrument, software can realize various data processing, such as calculation of enthalpy, glass transition temperature, melting point and crystallization of substances during oxidation induction period, etc.
