10000KN 1000ton Elastomeric Bearing Testing Machine for bending and shearing test
Employs Germany ECKERLE internal gear pump, Taiwan DELTA servo motor, Italy ATOS servo valve, Japan YUKEN solenoid valves and US CCC, SUN hydraulic fittings to ensure the high dependability as well as high performance of hydraulic system.It adopts our innovative ‘follow-up’ technologies which enables the system pressure progressively increasing by following up the Load Cell force, in which way to avoid the constant system pressure in causing the high temperature to oil as well as wasting energy, thanks to this innovative technologies, now the big oil cooling system is not necessary in this hydraulic system, besides, it can save electrical consumption almost up to 50% comparing with traditional hydraulic power packs.
Emergency stop button on the control panel, you can stop the testing at any emergency situation.
Controller, Electrical control system, PC, Display and Printer are highly integrated. Saving space, convenient for operation and maintenance.
