Advanced Microcomputer-Controlled Semi-Automatic Impact Testing Machine

Purpose and Applications This impact testing machine is specifically engineered to inspect the impact resistance of metallic materials under dynamic loads. It is an essential tool for quality assurance in manufacturing and a critical instrument for research institutions engaged in new material development. By accurately measuring impact absorption energy and toughness, it helps users predict material behavior in real-world applications such as automotive components, structural steel, and aerospace alloys. ITM-A300 A450 A750图(7) Core Features and Intelligent Control The machine adopts a PC microcomputer and PLC control architecture, enabling electric pendulum lifting, automatic impact, and microcomputer-based measurement. After striking the test sample, the remaining energy is used to automatically swing the pendulum back, preparing the machine for the next test with minimal operator intervention. This semi-automated workflow significantly improves work efficiency while maintaining high testing accuracy. The computer system calculates and digitally displays key parameters, including impact absorption work (J), impact toughness, pendulum swing angle, and the average value of multiple tests. A built‑in printer allows users to generate test reports with individual data and statistical averages, ensuring full traceability and compliance with quality management standards. Mechanical Excellence The mainframe utilizes dual support columns with the main shaft supported by a simply supported beam configuration. This design ensures even radial load distribution across bearings, reducing main shaft deformation and minimizing energy loss due to bearing friction—especially important for high‑energy impact testing. A dual‑stage standard gear motor provides smooth, stable pendulum lifting, while a hydraulic buffer in the hanging and swinging device guarantees controlled motion and enhanced operational safety. The pendulum itself is developed using three‑dimensional design principles, ensuring an accurate striking center and precise pendulum torque for consistent test results. ITM-A300 A450 A750图(11)
