The QT-5202 Izod Impact Tester is designed to determine the impact strength and toughness of non-metallic materials such as plastics, PA (nylon), ceramics, cast stone, plastic electronic components, and insulation materials.
The tester is equipped with a digital touchscreen control system that allows direct input of specimen dimensions. After testing, the system automatically calculates and displays impact strength results in accordance with both American and international testing standards.
This instrument is widely used by research institutes, universities, quality inspection organizations, and manufacturers of non-metallic materials for quality control and material performance evaluation. The machine features a simple structural design, high precision, and user-friendly operation, ensuring reliable and consistent test results.
