QT-AC-90B Salt spray tester
The Salt spray tester is used to test the capacity of material and its protective layer to salt spraycorrosion, as well as to compare the process quality of similar protective layer. It can also be usedtotestthesalt spray corrosion resistance of some products. It can test the corrosion resistance after corrosiontreatmentfor kinds of material surface treatment, such as coating, electroplating, organic and inorganic coatings, anodic treatment rustproof oil and so on. Thus it can ensure the products quality. And thr product isusedtosalt spray corrosion test of parts, electronic components, protective coating of metal material andindustryproducts. The salt spray tester adopts the method of salts spray corrosion to inspect the corrosionresistanceabout reliability of sample respectively. The salt spray refers to dispersion systemwhich composedoftinysaline droplets in the atmosphere. It is one of the three defense series of artificial environment. Manyenterprises need to simulate the damage caused by climate around the ocean, so the salt spraytesterappears.
1) Bernoult principle absorbs brine and atomizes, the atomization degree is uniformwithout blockingcrystallization phenomenon, which can ensure continuous testing.
2) The nozzle is made of Taiwan Taifu tempered glass, which can adjust the spray amount andsprayangle.
3) The spray amount is adjustable:1～2ml/h(ml/80cm2/h standard requires an average of 16h. Themetering canister adopts embedded installation and has beautiful and tidy shape, withconvenientobservation and less space for instrument installation.

1) The tester box adopts light gray PVC board with a thickness of 5 mm and a durable temperatureof50℃.
