Description

1. This series of impact testing machine is a kind of machine with high rigidity, microcomputercontrol,automatic temperature control, automatic sample feeding and positioning, automatic measurementand recording. Technical characteristics and advantages:

1. 21. Cryogenic systems:
(1) cascade compressor and mixed freon refrigeration, refrigeration effect is good, thelowest

(2) Low temperature greenhouse adopts special upper and lower electric heating plates andrefrigeration device to form a temperature control system, which can accurately control thelowtemperature through PID adjustment (the temperature can be arbitrarily set within the temperaturerange for control);
(3) Before the start of the test, by heating with a continuous electric heating plate, the watervaporinthe cooling chamber can be dried first to avoid freezing of the sample;
(4) The low temperature room adopts copper sample box with oxidation resistance, fast temperatureconduction and durability;
(5) The cooling chamber can hold up to 20 samples at a time;
(6) Unique design of cold chamber and sample delivery structure, can simultaneouslymeet 10mm,7.5 mm and 5mm three specifications of samples.
(7) Thickened insulation layer is adopted, which is conducive to cooling and insulation, andalsosaves energy;
(8) Cryogenic system shell made of stainless steel, corrosion resistance, beautiful.

22. Samples are sent pneumatically. After the sample is cooled to the set temperature, start thesampledelivery, and the powerful pneumatic sample delivery device quickly delivers the sampleforimpacttesting. Fast and accurate;
