YGBW-50A Steel Bar Bending Testing Machine for Rebar Bending Property Inspection
When cold bending the sample, after one-time molding, the lateral auxiliary cylinder applies a compressive force to make the sample bend with interference, eliminate residual stress, and achieve a more accurate bending angle of 180 after unloading.
Mainly used for process bending tests on steel plate products, meeting the inspection requirements of the national standard GB/T 232 metallic materials-Bend Test, and suitable for bending process tests on other metal, non-metallic materials,or products (such as JG/T 5081 Rein forcing bar bending machines).
The bending span is adjusted by a horizontal oil cylinder. Equipped with a span scale, the bending span is adjusted through the horizontal oil cylinder limit, making the operation simple, convenient, and reliable in performance.
