QE-PPC100 Pneumatic Specimen Punching Machine
The QE-PPC100 is a compact benchtop pneumatic press for preparing standardized test specimens from rubber, elastomers, soft plastics, flexible polymer sheets, leather, paper, film and similar materials.
Interchangeable cutting dies can produce dumbbell, strip, tear, circular, rectangular and custom specimen geometries. Pneumatic operation reduces manual effort and improves cutting consistency compared with hand-operated presses.
This is a laboratory specimen-cutting press for flexible materials – not a structural sheet-metal punching or forming machine.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is this a metal punching press?
No. It is designed for laboratory specimen preparation from rubber and flexible polymer materials.
Are cutting dies included?
Only when listed in the quotation. Dies must be selected according to the required standard and specimen geometry.
What air pressure is required?
The published nominal minimum is 0.4 MPa, approximately 4 bar or 58 psi. The final operating range must be factory confirmed.
Does the machine require electricity?
The cutting force is pneumatic. Electrically actuated controls use QMN’s standard 110 V, 60 Hz supply.
Can it cut ASTM D412 specimens?
Yes, using the appropriate dimensionally verified ASTM D412 dumbbell die.
