QE-CPI750 750 J Computerized Charpy Pendulum Impact Tester

Why Choose This Model?

High-Energy 750 J Capacity

The QE-CPI750 is intended for high-toughness metals and weldments whose absorbed energy may exceed the range of conventional 300 J or 500 J impact testers.

Multiple Pendulum Configurations

Available 150, 300, 450, 600 and 750 J pendulum configurations allow the testing range to be matched to the expected absorbed energy. The required pendulum set is confirmed when ordering.

Computerized Results and Reporting

The software records absorbed energy, specimen information, batch details and test conditions. Results can be compared, stored and incorporated into configurable reports.

Full Safety Enclosure

The pendulum swing area is surrounded by a transparent safety enclosure. Interlocked access, controlled release, braking and emergency-stop functions reduce operator exposure during high-energy testing.
