QT-5201 Charpy Impact Tester

The QT-5201-C Touchscreen Simply Supported Beam Impact Testing Machine is designed to measure the impact toughness of various non-metallic materials, including rigid plastics, reinforced nylon, fiberglass, ceramics, cast stone, and electrical insulation materials. It is widely used in chemical industries, research institutes, universities, quality inspection departments, and manufacturing laboratories.

Description

The machine features a wide measurement range and is equipped with an advanced PLC touchscreen control system that enables easy operation and real-time display of test data. It supports automatic calculation of test results, USB flash drive data storage, data export, editing, and printing functions. The system also includes automatic energy loss correction, ensuring accurate, reliable, and easy-to-interpret test results.

This testing machine adopts a pendulum-type structure consisting of a pendulum assembly, specimen support, energy indication system, and main body. During testing, the machine accurately measures and displays the impact energy absorbed by the specimen at the moment of fracture.
