The QT-6130S servo-type universal testing machine utilizes fully digital closed-loop control offorce, displacement, and velocity during testing. It utilizes a Taiwanese AC servo motor andcontrol drive system, coupled with a high-precision reduction gearbox and Taiwan TBI precision ball screwdrive to achieve optimal transmission efficiency and signal-to-noise ratio. Description

1. Advanced chip integration technology and a professionally designed data acquisitionandamplification system offer high integration, stability, reliability, and ease of use. Thecontrolsoftware automatically calculates test data such as tensile strength, yield strength, fracturestrength,elastic modulus, and elongation. The open formula editor automatically calculates force, stress,displacement, deformation, and other data at any specified point during the test. Test controlanddata processing comply with national standards for metal and non-metal materials.
2. Control Mode: Selectable control modes include constant speed, fixed displacement, constantload, constant load rate, constant stress, constant stress rate, constant strain, and constant strainrate.
3. Auto-Zero: The measurement system automatically resets to zero after the test begins.
4. Auto-Save: Test data and conditions are automatically saved, eliminating datalossduetoforgetfulness.
5. Batch Testing: For specimens with the same parameters, a batch of tests canbecompletedsequentially after a single setting.
6. Display Mode: Data and curves are dynamically displayed as the test progresses.
