QT-AC-60B Salt spray tester
The Salt spray tester is used to test the capacity of material and its protective layer to salt spraycorrosion,as well as to compare the process quality of similar protective layer. It can also be used to test thesalt spraycorrosion resistance of some products. It can test the corrosion resistance after corrosion treatment forkindsofmaterial surface treatment, such as coating, electroplating, organic and inorganic coatings, anodictreatment,rustproof oil and so on. Thus it can ensure the products quality. And the product is used to salt spraycorrosiontest of parts, electronic components, protective coating of metal material and industry products. The salt spray tester adopts the method of salts spray corrosion to inspect the corrosion resistanceaboutreliability of sample respectively. The salt spray refers to dispersion system which composed of tinysalinedroplets in the atmosphere. It is one of the three defense series of artificial environment. Manyenterprisesneed to simulate the damage caused by climate around the ocean, so the salt spray tester appears.
1) Bernout principle absorbs brine and atomizes, the atomization degree is uniformwithout blockingcrystallization phenomenon, which can ensure continuous testing. 2) The nozzle is made of Taiwan Taifu tempered glass, which can adjust the spray amount andsprayangle. 3) The spray amount is adjustable:1～2ml/h (ml/80cm2
/h standard requires an average of 16h). Themetering canister adopts embedded installation and has beautiful and tidy shape, with convenient
observation and less space for instrument installation.

Fast temperature rising can reduce standbytime.When the temperature reaches, automatic switch constant temperature state, accurate temperature,lowpower consumption, pure titanium heat pipe, acid and alkali corrosion resistance, long servicelife. 13) Add water system:adopts automatically or manually to add water system, automaticallyor manuallyreplenish the water level of pressure barrels and laboratories to prevent water shortage andultra-hightemperature damage instruments. 14) Demist system: during testing and stop the machine, it should be clear the salt spray inthetestingboxin time to prevent corrosion gas outflow from damaging other precision instruments in the laboratory.

1) The tester box adopts light gray PVC board with a thickness of 5 mm and a durable temperatureof 50℃.
2) Enhanced thickness of edge encircling stereo is 10mm
3) The cover seal of the laboratory is made of PVC impact resistant plate with a thickness of 5mmandno distortion at high temperature. Edge inside and outside double thickening, prevent distortionduetolong-term high temperature, thickness 10mm.
4) Hidden one-in-one test supplement bottle, easy to clean and easy to operate.
5) The pressure air bucket adopts the SUS#304 stainless steel high pressure bucket. The heat
preservation is the best.
6) The sample placement platform is made of 5mm heat-resistance PVC board with strongload-bearing capacity. The test sample holder adopts plane dividing type, which can adjust theanglearbitrarily. The fogging on all side is uniform. And it is completely consistent. The test resultsareaccurate and the number of test sample is large.(it can be customized by client’s products)
